ETS is the central campus resource providing classroom technical support and installation, audio visual services for UCSF events, video conferencing, video recording including editing and digital media production.

Classrooms
General assignment rooms are available for academic class sessions and departmental meetings/events. Please note changes to room reservation policies due to COVID-19. Read more about classroom services or find out how to reserve a room.
Classroom Food Policies (all campuses)
Food and beverages are allowed in the ETS managed general assignment classrooms/lecture halls.
Requestors must requests tables from Facilities for the food & beverage setup and these setups must remain outside of the room. Tables from the rooms cannot be used for these food and beverage setups.
Classroom Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday by appointment only
