Rates
Since the core mission of Educational Technology Services is support of in-class instruction, there is no charge for AV support setups for numbered academic course during a normal work day (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Outside these hours, the rates below apply. All non-academic (numbered course) users who require staff support or equipment pay the following re-charge rates.

Please note: ETS business hours are Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After hours requests for technical support will be contingent upon technician availability. Weekend requests for technical support will be billed in minimum 4-hour increments.
