Educational Technology Services

ETS offers quality support, innovative technology, and a full suite of media services for education. Follow our social media pages above to stay up to date on all ETS activity. ETS schedules nearly 100 general assignment classrooms on Parnassus and Mission Bay campuses using 25Live. Priority in reserving classrooms is given to academic, numbered courses.  All other requests are processed after class schedules are finalized. Pending any academic numbered course conflicts within the last five years, Cole Hall and Byers Auditorium are exceptions which may be reserved up to one year in advance for symposia, seminars and workshops. ETS Offices will be closed:

August 23, for an ETS Retreat

September 24, 2024, for a mandatory SAA/GD all-staff retreat.

 

Effective September 1, 2022, room usage fees will apply towards Staff Sponsored events with non-UCSF attendees. 

Please Note: New Room Usages Rates for fiscal 24/25 will be in effect on July 1, 2024.

- Half Day rate will change to $342.00.

- Full Day rate will change to $684.00.

Classroom Announcements:

  • The Fall Academic Quarter is available.
  • The fall date-range is from September 12th through December 31st.
  • The Winter 2025 Academic Quarter will open on October 11th for submissions.

New Rates:

Please Note:  New Rates for fiscal 24/25 will be in effect today, July 1, 2024.

The new support rate for fiscal 24/25 will be $114.00 (internal), $143.64 (external) per hour.

Labor Day holiday - Monday, September 2nd

Veterans Day holiday - Monday, Novembr 11th

Thanksgiving holiday - Thursday, November 28th, and Friday, November 29th
