Educational Technology Services

ETS offers quality support, innovative technology, and a full suite of media services for education. Follow our social media pages above to stay current on all ETS activity. ETS schedules nearly 100 general assignment classrooms on the Parnassus and Mission Bay campuses using 25Live. Priority in reserving classrooms is given to academic, numbered courses.  All other requests are processed after class schedules are finalized. Pending any academic numbered course conflicts within the last five years, Cole Hall and Byers Auditorium are exceptions which may be reserved up to one year in advance for symposia, seminars and workshops. Latest Announcements

Rock Hall Auditorium Refresh Project has been completed. The Auditorium was updated with new chairs and carpeting during the refresh project and It is available for scheduling on Tuesday, January 7th.

 

Room usage fees will apply towards Staff Sponsored events with non-UCSF attendees. 

- Half Day rate (up to 4-hours) $342.00.

- Full Day rate (4-hours or more) $684.00.
